For normal shipments/products (Non DG) our indicative transit time to Lusaka is as follows
UK: 2 to 3 days
USA: 5 to 7 days
RSA: Ships twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday. Transit after shipping is 1 day
India: 7 to 10 days
Please note that these are indicative timelines and can take longer than this depending on seasonality, and type of shipments (DG/Liquids etc.) In case of urgent shipment and committed delivery timelines, we recommend using express service for which you can request a quotation from our customer support department before shipping to our hub.

Express Delivery is a faster service which is available for UK, US, and SA locations. You can shop from any of these locations and provide our delivery address. We receive the parcels on your behalf, carefully ship them off to your home address or warehouse it for you depending on your preferences. The normal time taken for this 4-5 days from the parcel is received at our centre.
